3. You can use the “Remove Item” icon (next to subtotal) to delete items from your shopping basket.
4. Enter your delivery address in the “ESTIMATED DELIVERY” section to get a quote and select your DELIVERY METHOD.
5. Finally, click on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You will need to register with us to track your orders and review old purchases. Also, you can save your address so you can shop quicker next time you wish to make a purchase with us. I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have forgotten your password, just click on “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?” and follow the instructions.

We are able to deliver to Post Office boxes.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery time depends on the option you've chosen. Here are some specifics:
Orders are dispatched in 2-5 working days UK and 7-14 working days overseas and will leave our office within 24 to 48 hours of payment being received.
During busy periods, such as Christmas, we also dispatch on Saturdays.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All the items we ship are insured whilst in transit from Medalsonline.co.uk to the provided shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address, they are not longer insured.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, you can refuse the delivery. We recommend you let us know straight away.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ON-LINE?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.
If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting “MY ACCOUNT” in the followed by “MY ORDERS”.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please make sure you provide a suitable shipping address for delivery and ensure there is someone there to receive the package or else provide details where the package can be left securely at your own risk.
HOW DO I RETURN, CANCEL OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before we have despatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been despatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with below.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund for the item or an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the goods to will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the items has been used.
